Private Parties

Our authentic log cabin is available throughout December and January for private party nights, providing a warm, festive atmosphere for up to fifty guests.

Built in a wooded glade, with candlelit tables and a roaring log fire, the Staging Post provides the perfect surroundings to celebrate Christmas. Complete with its own bar (open until 12.30am), after the meal you can dance to the sounds of our resident disco until 1.00am. Private party nights are available throughout December and January (excluding Christmas Day and New Year's Eve). 25-50 people can be catered for, unavailable for individual table reservations.

Price from £50 per person. Includes:

• Winter Pimms on arrival
• Three-course meal followed by coffee and mini mince pies

Located at the front of the house, The Shakespeare is the perfect room for gatherings of up to twenty guests around the Lamb of Manchester dining table. The gold leaf architrave sets off many beautiful features of this room, including the large chandelier, the bust of Shakespeare and a magnificent butler’s mirror.

The Library bar allows guests to enjoy a drink before moving through to the restaurant. Decorated in rich shades of red with gold and black, the room offers a luxurious ambience to complement the dining experience. The bookcases and Victorian fireplace create welcoming surroundings, overlooking the knot garden with access through double doors to the large water fountain.
