Can I have treatments if I’m not staying at Kilworth House?
Absolutely! Bliss & Beauty at Kilworth House is open to everyone.
Please be aware, Opening Hours will vary as the beauty rooms will be closed to the public when there is an exclusive wedding.
How will I know where to go?
On entering the hotel through the main entrance, simply let the hotel reception team know you’re here for your beauty appointment and they will direct you to the lounge. The Bliss & beauty therapist will then come and get you when it is your appointment time.
Can I use my Kilworth House voucher in the Beauty Rooms?
If you have a Kilworth House monetary voucher, this will not be valid in the beauty rooms.
However, Kilworth House monetary vouchers are valid towards any other service at the hotel including afternoon tea, theatre bookings, accommodation bookings and dining.

Can I use my Bliss & Beauty voucher at Kilworth House?
If you have a Bliss & Beauty gift voucher, salon credit or any kind of discount (for example, your new client £10), they are ALL valid at the beauty rooms at Kilworth House.
How can I pay for my appointment?
Bliss & Beauty will be taking payment cash, card and Bliss & Beauty gift vouchers at Kilworth House.
I have an issue with my appointment at Kilworth House, who do I contact?

Will l get a reminder of my appointment?
Yes Bliss & Beauty operate an online booking system. This means you will benefit from all of the usual benefits, such as being able to move and change your appointment online, as well as receive reminders via text & email.
Can I order a drink whilst having my treatment?
Absolutely! A drinks menu will be in the treatment rooms, and these can be ordered for you by your therapist. Payment is then to be made at the hotel reception once your treatment is finished.
If you wish to have lunch or afternoon before or after your treatment, we recommend booking in advance via the hotel on 01858 880058, (bookings are subject to availability).
