Pre-Theatre Picnics
Our grounds look glorious when the sun’s out. So why not make the most of the soft lawns and picturesque setting and settle down with a picnic before the show.
Pre-show picnic
We've set aside a special place for picnics, so you can eat and drink to your hearts content. After all, food always tastes better outside! Our picnic area is near the Theatre, so you won't have to walk too far to enjoy the show.
What you need to know:
- A limited amount of tables and chairs will be laid out on the lawns - we cannot guarantee availability
- Gates open to the picnic area at 5.00pm or 12 noon for matinees
- Toilet facilities are available nearby
- It is not permitted to take your own alcohol, glasses and food into the theatre complex
- We respectfully request that all picnic items are returned to your vehicles before entering the theatre complex
