How do I access my Online Theatre Account?

From here you can check your contact details are correct and update if needed or request a new password if you are unable to log in.
How will I receive my tickets?
We are now providing e-tickets as standard for all events at Kilworth House Theatre.
E-tickets should arrive within minutes of your purchase (unless stated otherwise). We advise checking your junk/spam mail if you don’t receive them within 24 hours.
How do I use an E-ticket?
When you arrive at Kilworth House theatre, open the PDF on your smartphone and a member of the Front of House team will scan your E-ticket. Please ensure that the screen brightness is all the way up to help the scanners pick up the QR code. Alternatively, you can print a paper copy at home and bring it with you. In this case, please ensure that the QR code on each ticket is legible.
I can’t access e-tickets, what are the alternative options?
For a small fee we can still post tickets out to you. We can also arrange for tickets to be held at the venue by contacting our box office team in advance.
When does the Box Office open?
9am to 5:30pm Monday - Friday
The Ticket office at the theatre is open 6.30pm to 7.30pm (evening) / 1.30pm - 2.30pm (Matinee) for ticket collection and on the door purchases only.
How long is the show?
The running time for the show will be confirmed nearer the time
When does the show end?
The Matinee performance finishes between 17.00pm and 17.15pm
The Evening performance finishes between 22.00pm and 22.15pm
Where can I get a drink?
Theatre Bar & The Staging Post*
Both bars are open from an hour prior to the show.
The Staging Post is open after the show with service ending at 11:30pm.

Can I buy food?
Pre-Theatre Dining is available in our Orangery restaurant.*
You can also bring a picnic and eat in our stunning grounds.
A selection of snacks are available to purchase at the theatre bars.

Have you got blue badge parking?
Limited blue badge parking is available. Bring your blue badge along with you for display.
Is parking free?
Limited blue badge parking is available. Bring your blue badge along with you for display.
What do I do if I have forgotten my tickets?
You can head to the Box Office (small wooden hut next to the entrance to the theatre) where we can re-print your tickets for you.
Can I bring my child?
Recommended age above 5 years.
16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Have you got any accessible seats?
There are four spaces on the front row (Row A) reserved for wheelchair users. There is also a seat next to the wheelchair space for an accompanying person.
