We had a wonderful wedding day on 23rd August at Kilworth House Hotel and wanted to sincerely thank you for all your hard work in the preparation for our special day.  Everything was perfect (even the weather!)

Mehmet was amazing on the day making sure everything ran so smoothly from looking after guests as they arrived to making sure we made it to the theatre on time for the show.  We didn't have to worry about a thing!  

The team serving guests at the drinks reception and wedding breakfast were fantastic, and the food was amazing.  You made our idea of having a relaxed, informal wedding ceremony and reception with close friends and family, in a beautiful location, a day we will treasure.  

And finally, joining The Bohemians on stage for the final bow was a perfect ending to the celebrations - thank you! 

Kilworth House Hotel will always have a special place in our hearts.

Kathy and I wanted to pass on a huge thank-you to you and all the other staff who worked so tirelessly to ensure our wedding day ran so smoothly and was the best day we could have imagined it to be. Kilworth House lived up to its reputation and all our expectations.

All the staff working that day were professional, extremely helpful with us and our guests wanting for nothing, the service was excellent with glasses filled as soon as they were empty.

A special mention to your chef and his team, the food was superb with all guests having nothing but praise for what they were served, it looked and tasted wonderful.

A special mention must go to Mehmet and Stephen. They were both incredible ensuring neither we or our guests wanted for anything, they ran the day seamlessly meaning we could just relax and have a great time with our guests. If anyone had any requests or questions, they answered them without hesitation, and we really got the feeling nothing was to much trouble for them. Also, we must give a mention to the barmaid who was serving in the cellar bar during the evening festivities, regretfully we didn’t get her name. Many of our guests commented on how brilliant she was…. whatever she was serving them certainly went down well.

Once again, thank-you for everything you did for us and please pass on our thanks and best wishes to all of the staff that worked so hard to make our wedding so special….memories that will last forever.

In 2022, we walked into Kilworth House Hotel and knew it had to be the location of our Wedding.

The decor, the ambience and the welcome was enough to seal the deal. From that point on, Caroline Holloway and the many other staff at Kilworth couldn’t have done more for us, they went above and beyond, exceeding every expectation we may have had and making our day truly amazing.

Caroline helped us through some incredibly difficult times and personal heartache in the build up to our wedding and we cannot thank her enough for making all our dreams come true. On the actual wedding weekend, she took care of everything so that we could just enjoy our special occasion and we felt confident at all times that they had everything under control.

Mehmet was also fantastic ensuring all of visions came true, he was there well into the night and his orchestration of our sparklers and firework display was simply fabulous.

Every one of our guests commented on the fabulous surroundings, the incredible food and the stylish bedrooms but the main comment was how they felt at ease immediately in such a grand venue and that the welcoming spirit of all staff was clear to see.

We simply can't recommend Kilworth House Hotel enough, for afternoon tea, for theatre, for dinner or for a grand occasion, it is the place to go and will always be our go to place

The staff at Kilworth couldn’t have done more for us, they went above and beyond, exceeding our already high expectations, making our day truly incredible.

A special thank you to Natalie for all of her work in the build up to the day, making sure every little detail was covered and any stress was taken away. We are also incredibly grateful to Mehmet who was outstanding throughout the weekend ensuring all of visions came true, he could not have been more attentive and truly made us feel like we were their only wedding of the year.

We had a BBQ the night before the wedding for our guests, which was such a nice touch to the weekend, again the staff were amazing and the food was delicious.

We received so many compliments from our guests on how amazing the venue was and all of the staff were throughout our wedding weekend.

We had an exclusive wedding which was amazing to have most of our guests stay at the wedding venue. The venue also offers so much with the size of it and the number of different locations it has rather than being in one place all day.

We couldn’t recommend the venue more, it really did exceed our expectations.

We knew what we wanted from a wedding venue, but after seeing several venues, we had almost come to the conclusion we would have to make some compromises. However, when we saw Kilworth for the first time in December 2022, we knew immediately that it was the perfect place for us to get married and we never looked back.

The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. It has so many unique features and spaces, and through the exclusive package, we were able to use them however we wanted. However, undoubtedly the most amazing part of getting married at Kilworth was their team and in particular, Caroline, who was our wedding coordinator. No other wedding coordinator and wedding team came close to Caroline and the Kilworth team.

At every step, they were on hand with ideas, recommendations, solutions when needed and generally just made the process of wedding planning so much easier that it was a complete joy. I don't think "thank you" goes far enough really for everything Caroline did for us over the 18 months leading up to the wedding. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and whilst Caroline is absolutely amazing at her job, she was incredibly kind and we felt so welcomed every time we went to Kilworth. We often forgot that Caroline had many other weddings she was also the wedding co-ordinator for because she truly made us feel like we were the only ones and the priority. How she juggles this for every couple is just beyond me!

The wider Kilworth team on the day were also absolutely brilliant. They were all so calm, it helped keep us calm throughout the day so we just enjoyed every minute. Everything ran smoothly, and if there were any issues, they were dealt with without anyone telling us! So many of our friends and family commented on how amazing the Kilworth staff were throughout the day, as well as how perfect the venue was. We couldn't agree with them more! 

The extra special benefit of getting married at Kilworth is that although our wedding is over, we can still go back and visit and reminisce on the best day of our lives. Kilworth will forever hold an unbelievably special place in our hearts, and we look forward to visiting when we can and seeing the staff and Caroline again. We couldn't have asked for more from our wedding day, it was beyond what we could have ever imagined, and so much of that was down to Kilworth being the perfect venue with the most professional and outstanding team to help make the day as amazing as it was.

Thank you so much for making our wedding day the best day of our lives, we will not be strangers to Kilworth and if we could recommend Kilworth to everyone getting married, we absolutely would without a doubt!

When we started to plan our wedding we had a couple of venues in mind, but from the moment we walked through the doors at Kilworth house, and met Natalie, we knew we had found the perfect place to celebrate our wedding.

From the first meeting to the day its self-Natalie took care of everything, we had no stress as nothing was too big or small an ask. We wanted a small intimate wedding with our dearest family and friends, and the Shakespeare room was perfect.

On the day the Team at Kilworth House were amazing, Mehmet was the perfect host and made us both feel at ease, and our day was fantastic. The feedback we had from our guests was "this is the best and most beautiful wedding venue we have been to."

The Best Wedding

My husband and I had our wedding here and it was everything we dreamt of and more. Natalie was our wedding coordinator and she was so thorough and communicative throughout the entire process. 

The night before we dined and the service was exquisite and the staff were so polite and helpful and couldn’t do enough. The wedding day arrived and everything was seamless through the order of the day. Everyone absolutely loved the food (it was phenomenal) and enjoyed their stay.

We can’t thank Natalie, Mehmet and the staff enough for making our day so special. So many of our friends and family told us this was the best wedding they have been to. We will definitely be returning to stay.

The Place to tie the Knot..

Words cannot express how incredible this venue really is for a wedding. You must visit Kilworth House Hotel to truly appreciate the grounds, Orangery and its many beautiful rooms. If you're looking for the utmost professional and friendly staff, you will not be disappointed. Natalie was our wedding coordinator and made us feel relaxed and in good hands every step of the way. We organized our wedding from Canada and had excellent communication with Natalie whilst going through the planning. Everywhere you look, there were amazing photo opportunities, where we were spoilt with lush, green foliage and beautiful interior and exterior design. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. 

11/10 would recommend having your special day here.

We will be forever grateful to Caroline, Mehmet and the ENITRE team at Kilworth House for playing a huge part in giving us the most magical, BEST day of our lives. We had exclusive use of the venue for our special day, this was a huge commitment for us, and something we never thought would ever have even be possible, but without a shadow of a doubt worth every second of planning, and the most worthwhile money we have ever spent.

Would not hesitate to recommend to anybody, Caroline was amazing in the planning process, Nothing was too much trouble for Mehmet on the day, and every wedding guest commented on not only the beautiful venue and grounds, but the faultless service of every single member of staff.

A special mention to the very kind lady who helped me out of my dress when I was stuck at 2am...!

I can honestly say from start to finish the day was amazing. I don't know if I'm an exception but I was completely calm and very relaxed from the moment I woke up.

All of the rooms were stunning especially the wedding breakfast table. Food was lovely and we've had lots of compliments from family and friends. Yourself and Mehmet did a wonderful job for us and we're truly grateful.

We'll definitely be coming back to see you in the coming months and of course our anniversary. Would be good to pop in when yourself and Mehmet are working so we can thank you personally.
